We are NOT able to cancel any orders once payment has been processed. 

We are NOT able to change, add, remove, or combine any orders because we want to offer you the quickest shipping and because every order is custom cut.

For orders that have not yet shipped, we will try to combine orders where possible. This might mean we have to call a packed order back from labeling and open packed bags/boxes to repack with the new order. Many times we are not able to compute the costs of shipping saved versus the labor involved in combining orders.

Therefore there will be NO refunds on shipping charges applied. Instead we will include additional mystery gift(s) in your order at our discretion.
